Return Process

  Log into your Ateco account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
